My journey in the Web3 tech space has been a rewarding adventure, centered on driving product and operations forward. I've been fortunate to contribute to creating streamlined, collaborative environments that foster innovation and prioritize exceptional user experiences. This focus has allowed me to be part of teams building complex, technical products that aim to make a real difference.
As a co-founder and angel investor in several projects, I've had the opportunity to shape my entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills, learning valuable lessons from building and scaling early-stage ventures. Throughout my time in Web3, I've been privileged to work with diverse, cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, operations, legal, marketing, developer relations, community, and ecosystem development. These experiences have taught me, not only to wear multiple hats, but the real value of collaboration and the importance of adapting to different perspectives.
I strive to maintain an action-oriented approach, focusing on delivering tangible results and contributing wherever needed in an organization. In the fast-evolving world of Web3, I believe it's crucial to remain flexible and continuously learn. As I move forward, I hope to keep adding value with my skills and passion for innovation, always aiming to drive success and making a positive impact in this dynamic space.
TLDR
Before diving into the Web3 rabbit hole, I was an independent consultant for airlines and related companies worldwide, working on digital transformation, process optimization, organizational structure, and change management in the air transport industry. I also served as COO for an aviation service provider and lived in multiple locations around the world.
My journey has taught me to wear many hats, a skill I quickly adapted to thanks to my background as a consultant and my natural curiosity. I love exploring new things and understanding my environment and team dynamics to see the big picture. I thrive on figuring out how different pieces interact and how they can effectively come together to create value.
Contrary to what most people might think, I'm more of a listener than a talker, analytical, and a bit of an introvert. It's hard to put me in one box because I'm always adding new dimensions to my roles from past and Web3 experiences. I excel at navigating complex ecosystems and building valuable partnerships and friendships. I've redefined product management and business operations by focusing on open tech, privacy-preserving, collaborative, decentralized, and self-sovereign ideologies that impact Web3.
I have a soft spot for continuously improving processes [from my industrial and systems engineering background] while coordinating high-quality launches and rollouts. I thrive in hierarchyless environments that encourage building strong connections outside our teams, especially those that interface with users to ensure a tight product feedback loop. I love using data insights to help set strategy and direction. I move quickly, trying not to break too many things, but when I do break them [unintended consequences], I learn something that I will never forget.
